We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Junior CCTV/Network Infrastructure Technician to join our Security and Network Infrastructure team. You’ll play a crucial role in onsite installations, maintenance, and support for our clients across various locations.

Required Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Essential).
  • Basic Knowledge Of Networking And IT Hardware (N+, A+ Beneficial).
  • Valid Driver’S License And Own Reliable Vehicle.
  • Comfortable Working At Heights And With Hand/Power Tools.
  • Good Physical Health—Must Comply With OHS Requirements
  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills; Must Also Be Able To Work Unsupervised.
  • Willingness To Travel To Multiple Locations As Part Of The Job.
  • High Attention To Detail And A Methodical Approach To Tasks.

Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras and networking hardware at client sites.

·         Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on security and network infrastructure.

·         Support with structured cabling and fibre installations, including working at heights and using power tools.

·         Complete all required ordering and procurement paperwork, including quoting and invoicing for projects and maintenance jobs.

·         Provide after-hours standby support to SLA clients as needed.

·         Document work performed, maintain logs, and update job tickets as required.

·         Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards at all times.

·         Collaborate with team members, but also work independently when required.

·         Communicate professionally and clearly with clients and colleagues.
