Our client in Paarl is looking for a Technical Supervisor.The Technical Maintenance supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the repair, maintenance and installation of equipment, vehicles and facilities.

This role ensures that all technical work is carried out efficiently, safely and in compliance with company standards and regulations.

The perfect candidate is a hand-on leader and planner, ensuring welding, auto electrical and plumbing tasks are executed efficiently.

This person will safeguard equipment reliability, staff safety, and operational uptime while coordinating people, resources and technical processes.

Requirements:
Diploma/experience in plumbing, welding and/or auto electrics
5 to 10 years experience
Health and safety experience
Administration and planning qualities

Skills:
Compliant to work in and with a team
Be able to lead with example.

Problem solving abilities
Hands on and positive
