Job Description:The Financial Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and sound financial control. This role plays a key part in supporting business decisions by providing financial insights and maintaining the financial health of the company.The Financial Manager oversees accounting processes, monitors cash flow, prepares financial statements, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Job Specification:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA (advantageous)
Experience:
Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and financial management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
