- Provide day-to-day supervision for FICO support module across multiple clients

FICO Team Management · Lead, manage, develop junior consultants · Work with executive to plan and deploy consultants across clients · Work with project management to ensure adequate quality standards of deliverables (includes work produced by third party FICO service providers and junior consultants) · Ensure FICO project deliverables align with the SAP Activate standards · Support the project management workstream during project implementation · Support the migration workstream during project implementation · Ensure the application of a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach to the development of software · FICO solution architecture for Technolibra’s clients · FICO solution design for Technolibra’s clients · Lead the FICO solution build for Technolibra’s clients · Lead the FICO solution deployment for Technolibra’s clients · Development of FICO solution delivery methodology for Technolibra’s clients · Manage and deliver the services required to minimise the negative impact of FICO incidents · Ensure normal service operations are restored as quickly as possible in line with Technolibra’s SLAs with its clients
FICO Solution Implementation · Lead the development of architectures for complex solutions ensuring consistency with agreed requirements · Designs large or complex systems and undertakes impact analysis on major design options and trade-offs · Contribute to the development of configuration management policies, standards, and guidelines · Measure and monitor adherence to standards · Ensure consistent execution of the configuration management processes · Report on the status of solution configuration during project implementation · Review and approve changes to solution configurations during and post project implementation · Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of changes · Ensure that operational processes are in place for effective change control · Ensure appropriate change approval is applied to changes · Evaluate the risks, introduced by changes, to the integrity of the FICO solution · Lead integration work to support integrated processes for Technolibra’s clients · Provide technical expertise to enable the configuration and testing of system components · Lead the assessment, analysis, planning and design of release packages, including assessment of risk FICO Support Supervision |
Required Skills
- At Least 5 Years’ Experience Implementing And Supporting SAP Financial Accounting And Controlling Mo: 4 to 5 years
- Implementing FICO To Support Finance Processes In Multiple Organizations: 4 to 5 years
- System Integrations Across Various SAP Modules.: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Advanced degrees (Finance specialisation) are beneficial but not mandatory.
