Production Manager - Plastics Manufacturing

Our client, a leading supplier in the FMCG manufacturing sector, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee shift operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ~50 staff across shifts, including scheduling, training, and performance
• Oversee production targets, budgets, stock, and supplier coordination
• Improve operational processes, efficiency, and safety
• Lead projects from planning to execution

Requirements:

• Technically minded with a hands-on approach
  Matric with Production, Operations or Technical Certification/Diploma would be beneficial
• 5 Years + Experience in production or manufacturing operations as a Leader
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with budgets, procurement, and supplier management
• Valid driver's license
