In this role, you will perform electrical maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Responsibilities include fault finding on electrical and electro-mechanical systems, servicing equipment, wiring power and control circuits, installing and maintaining electrical systems, and conducting safety checks. You will also perform root cause analysis on breakdowns, support system improvements, and provide accurate maintenance feedback.

Candidate Requirements

Your experience with control systems, PLCs, variable speed drives, and electrical installations will be key. Exposure to refrigeration equipment, electronic grading systems, and HT switching will be an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified Electrician with N4 and at least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing (FMCG) environment. Strong fault-finding, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure are required. This role involves standby, overtime, and weekend work when required.
