Candidate Requirements

 
      Minimum Requirements

Relevant university or college qualification


Fully computer literate Microsoft Office  email  CRM systems AI tools advantageous


Fluent in English and Afrikaans spoken and written


Excellent telephonic etiquette and communication skills


Own reliable transport


Must be willing to work full time office based 08h00 to 17h00


Clear criminal record


Professional well presented and articulate


Strong sense of reliability and responsibility

      Experience Preferred but not essential

Previous sales experience internal sales or tele sales 


Experience in customer service or client facing roles


Experience in construction pool or related industries advantageous but not required

       Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls


Respond to customer enquiries via phone email and WhatsApp


Generate and follow up on quotes and leads


Maintain and update client records


Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets


Build long term relationships with clients and partners

        Additional Advantages

Experience working with CRM systems 
Basic understanding of digital tools and AI platforms
Sales training or certifications
