What You’ll Be Doing

Installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and replacing systems and equipment
Managing receiving, auditing, packing, dispatching, and stock control
Ensuring proper upkeep of assets and warehouse operations
Interpreting and completing work orders accurately and on time
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
Maintaining records, reports, and preventative maintenance plans

What We’re Looking For

A+ and N+ or equivalent qualification, with strong computer literacy
Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical hardware and Microsoft software
Linux experience advantageous
Relevant vocational training may also be acceptable
Strong troubleshooting and problemâsolving ability
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail and organizational awareness
Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
