A well-established and fast-growing company in the FMCG / food production industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimise daily operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in production, logistics, and team management within a high-volume environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ Degree or Diploma in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
✅ Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in an operations management role (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)
✅ Strong leadership and people management skills
✅ Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
✅ Experience with production planning, inventory control, and distribution
✅ Knowledge of health & safety and quality standards
✅ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
