Position Overview:

This position requires responding to a variety of sales channels—including in-store customers, online inquiries, phone calls, and emails. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with over the counter and online sales.

• Build and maintain a strong and loyal customer base

• Respond promptly and professionally to telephonic, online, and email inquiries

• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and sales

• Provide product knowledge and advice to ensure customer satisfaction

• Follow up on leads and close sales

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports
