We are looking for a Factory Control Supervisor to manage and oversee entry and exit control at our factory turnstile and main entrance. This role is responsible for controlling staff, visitor, and contractor access, supporting loss prevention, monitoring compliance with site procedures, and helping maintain the overall safety and control of the factory environment. Position will either be based in Mobeni or Jacobs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee access control at the factory entrance and turnstile.
• Monitor employee entry and exit in line with company procedures.
• Manage visitor sign-in and ensure all required approvals and permits are in place.
• Control contractor access and verify authorization before entry.
• Conduct bag checks in accordance with company policy.
• Monitor CCTV and report suspicious or irregular activity.
• Check PPE compliance at entry points before allowing access.
• Record, report, and escalate incidents accurately and timeously.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and notify management where required.
• Maintain accurate access records, incident logs, and control documentation.
• Enforce factory entry procedures consistently, professionally, and fairly.
• Support the prevention of theft, unauthorized access, and breaches of company procedure.

Working Conditions
