Coordinate costing accuracy and ensure compliance across import and export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and verify landed cost calculations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation
• Coordinate customs and statutory submissions within required timeframes
• Track and reconcile costs, duties, and third-party payments
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory queries
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation
Skills and Requirements:
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and deadline-driven approach
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong compliance and risk-awareness mindset
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Experience in import/export, costing, logistics, or supply chain advantageous
• Understanding of customs documentation and compliance processes advantageous
• ERP system and Excel experience advantageous
