We are looking for a Junior Customer Support & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. Who will support daily sales operations, assist customers, and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the existing customer database.
- Provide pricing, stock availability, and process sales orders.
- Assist the external sales team with quoting, stock checks, and email communication.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations and follow up where required.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform basic administrative tasks including filing, answering incoming calls, and document organisation.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 (essential)
- Call-centre, retail, or entry-level sales/admin experience beneficial (not required).
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
