ROLE FOCUS

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Agent, who is dynamic, self-motivated, and results driven. The successful candidate must be willing and able to work after hours and on weekends, as this forms an essential part of the role and our commitment to client service excellence.

The Residential Property Agent’s core responsibility is to generate and retain rental business within the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively sourcing new landlords and securing rental mandates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing landlords.
• Effectively marketing and filling rental vacancies to minimise downtime.
• Delivering responsive communication and consistently high service standards.

This is a performance-driven role focused on portfolio growth, client retention, and the efficient management of vacancy periods.
