Our client, a well-established and fast-growing player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly skilled and driven Operations Manager to lead and optimise their production and operational functions. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations across production, maintenance, and engineering functions
• Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles
• Develop and implement production plans to meet business targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Oversee maintenance strategies to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability
• Manage and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Monitor KPIs, analyse operational data, and implement corrective actions where required
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in an operations or production management role within manufacturing
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record in improving operational performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Solid understanding of production planning, maintenance systems, and quality management
• Experience with data analysis tools and performance metrics
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
