A fast-growing premium outdoor lighting and heating company is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in physical product development to lead the product roadmap and scale the brand globally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product development process from concept to mass production, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality launches.
• Translate product vision into clear PRDs, engineering briefs, and structured sprint plans.
• Allocate and manage work across Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial Design partners.
• Drive feasibility validation, prototyping, testing, and certification processes.
• Manage product cost structure including BOM targets, landed cost modeling, and cost optimization.
• Lead supplier engagement and maintain relationships alongside executive leadership.
• Monitor product lifecycle performance including defect tracking, returns, and version updates.
• Build and refine product systems, documentation standards, and the Product Playbook.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience managing physical product development from concept to mass production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing constraints and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Highly structured, systems-driven, and able to manage remote teams.
• Commercially minded with margin awareness.
• Strong communicator with ownership mindset, thriving in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
