You will assist the Senior Accountant with the following duties:
- Capturing bank statements
- Calculating VAT, provisional tax, and income tax
- Preparing management accounts and financial statements
- Processing payroll for clients
- Submitting beneficial ownership information and annual returns to CIPC
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
- Completed SAIPA articles
- Proficient in accounting software such as Pastel Partner, Sage, Xero, SimplePay, Pastel Payroll, CaseWare, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of South African tax laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
- Should be able to work independantly
- Fully fluent in Afrikaans and English
