Financial ManagerMarble HallMarket Related Salary (Depending on experience)Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team in Marble Hall area

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Professional qualification advantageous (CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent) would be an advantage
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a Financial Management role
Experience within agriculture, fresh produce, packhouse, or manufacturing environments preferred
Strong experience in cost accounting and operational finance
Proven track record in managing audits and statutory compliance
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling experience
Costing experience (activity-based or standard costing)
Tax compliance knowledge (VAT, PAYE, SARS submissions)
Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Pastel) and MS Office
Experience within export environments and foreign currency exposure (advantageous)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal operational environment
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Stable working track record
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
