RISK ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary:

• Vehicle Assessment
• Book in trucks & trailers at the workshop
• Complete Inspection List
• Take photos of damages on vehicles
• Update “Group Risk Sheet” daily / monthly
• Gather information / documentation
• Obtain cost with assistance from workshop
• Submit for AOD / get purchase order & invoice
  
  
  
  • Manage incidents /accident / abuse
  • Assistance with insurance claim documentation
  • Oversee fines administration
  • Reporting to Head Office
  • Oversee Risk Admin or other Company Depots
  • Assist with Driver Statements
  • Report on monthly statistics
  • Place of work will be S Hauliers (Steelpoort)
  
  

Skill Requirements

• Matric
• Computer Literate
• Excel is compulsory
• Be able to work under pressure without constant supervision
• Own transport
