A leading Civil contractor is looking for a detail-oriented Civil Quantity Surveyor to join their team. If you have a strong background working on large-scale civil projects for established contractor then this is the role for you.

Role requirements:

·       BSc/ BTech in Quantity Surveying or Building Science

·       5-8 years’ industry experience on large scale civil infrastructure projects

·       Proficient in CCS and Buildsmart

Key responsibilities:

·       Prepare monthly vauations

·       Sign off on subcontractor payments and agreements.

·       Prepare cost reports.

·       Compile final estimates

·       Prepare tender documentation
