Are you an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller looking to take the lead on technically exciting building and infrastructure projects?

Our client, a respected consulting engineering firm specializing in electrical, mechanical, and renewable energy solutions, is looking for a Senior Electrical BIM Modeller to join their team in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality building services designs while working with experienced engineers and cutting-edge BIM technology.

Requirements:

10+ years relevant experience working in electrical BIM modelling within a consulting space

· Education: Multi-Disciplinary Draughting Certificate

Proven experience modelling building services electrical systems (residential, retail, industrial, commercial)
Proficient in BIM 360 and Revit MEP

Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models for building services projects

· Produce high-quality electrical layouts, schematics, and construction documentation

· Collaborate with electrical engineers and multidisciplinary design teams

· Coordinate models and assist with clash detection and BIM coordination

· Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards and protocols
