Now, they are looking for a hands-on, driven Residential Foreman who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, leads from the front, and knows how to deliver homes on time and to the highest standards. Requirements:

·        At least 5 years’ experience in a construction environment

·        Education: Matric/ Construction qualification

·        Experience working on luxury estates or high-end residential properties

Responsibilities:

·        Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities

·        Coordinate subcontractors and labour teams

·        Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and programme requirements

·        Monitor workmanship and enforce building standards

·        Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site challenges
