Minimum Requirements
Education
Grade 12 (Matric)
Trade Test Certificate (Electrical / Plumbing / Mechanical preferred)
Additional certifications in maintenance or facilities management advantageous
Experience
3–5 years’ experience in a maintenance role within hospitality
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, general building maintenance)
Leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Time management and organizational skills
Good communication skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, maintenance systems)
Attention to detail and high standards

Ability to work under pressure

Flexibility to work weekends, shifts, and standby duties
Working Conditions
On-site role within a hotel, lodge, or resort
