They are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concrete Estimator with proven experience in civil and structural projects to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

·        5 – 7 years’ experience in estimating concrete works for civil and structural projects

·        Education: Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management 

·        Must have experience working on site

·        Strong understanding of reinforced concrete structures, foundations and structural frames

·        Skilled in various contract types

·        Proficient in CCS, Primavera and MS Project

Responsibilities:

·        Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for concrete works on civil and structural projects

·        Interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents

·        Perform quantity take-offs for reinforced concrete, formwork, rebar, and related structural elements

·        Develop detailed cost breakdowns including materials, labor, plant, and subcontractors

·        Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations

·        Conduct site visits when required to assess project scope and risks
