Our client, a professional land surveying firm based in Paarl, is seeking to appoint a suitable candidate for the above-mentioned position. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate technical drawings and interpret design specifications.

The successful candidate will be organised, deadline-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with engineers and project teams. They will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Prepare CAD drawings for a variety of plans and diagrams, including general and sectional plans for registration purposes, working plans, topographical and site plans, subdivision layouts, rezoning plans, beacon certificates, identification certificates, and land surveyor certificates *Compile supporting documentation such as letters, coordinate lists, and general correspondence required for the preparation and submission of survey records to the Surveyor-General for approval *All other tasks related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Matric;
• Proven work experience in a similar role;
• Advanced proficiency in AlleyCAD and other CAD software, along with a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
• Valid driver’s license.
