Job Title: Supervisor - Workshop Foreman (VW)

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor - Workshop Foreman at our Volkswagen Workshop. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong technical background in automotive repair and maintenance, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and mechanics in performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on VW vehicles
- Monitor and prioritize workflow to ensure timely completion of all service and repair jobs
- Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their technical skills and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for optimal efficiency
- Communicate with customers to explain repair recommendations and provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used in the workshop

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Volkswagen vehicle systems and components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
