Casidra invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of PR/Marketing and Communications Administrator. The successful incumbent will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability in content creation and social media management, and will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s marketing and communication initiatives.

 The successful candidate will report to the PR/Marketing & Communications Manager.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Public Relations & Content Development

• Support PR, marketing, and communication strategies
• Create and edit content (articles, media releases, project stories)
• Ensure all materials align with corporate branding standards

Digital & Media Management

• Manage and update the website, intranet, and social media platforms
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports

Events & Campaign Coordination

• Plan and coordinate internal and external corporate events
• Maintain the communications and events calendar

Stakeholder & Communication Support

• Assist with stakeholder engagement and maintain databases
• Support internal and external communication initiatives, including translations

Administrative & Reporting Support

• Provide administrative support (meeting coordination, minute-taking, record-keeping)
• Proofread, edit, and compile reports, presentations, and correspondence
