Employer: Multotec (Pty) Ltd

1. Packaging Support
Ensure all customer orders are correctly picked, counted, packaged, and recorded according to requirements and deadlines. Maintain accurate stock control, packaging documentation, and coordinate order completion to meet turnaround targets.

2. SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality)
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures while maintaining proper housekeeping and PPE usage. Report and manage incidents, non-conformances, and safety risks to maintain a safe working environment.

3. Supervised Team
Plan and coordinate daily shop-floor activities to ensure orders are processed efficiently according to production schedules. Manage team performance, organise shifts when required, and enforce company HR and disciplinary policies while providing regular communication and feedback.

Candidate Requirements

Grade 12
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Mgt/Logistics
Strong attention to detail and quality focus, ensuring packaging accuracy, correct documentation, and adherence to production standards.
Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey information, understand technical instructions/drawings, and coordinate with team members.
Excellent planning, organising, and problem-solving ability to prioritise tasks, manage packaging schedules, and resolve operational issues quickly.
High level of safety awareness and compliance, proactively identifying risks, maintaining SHEQ standards, and ensuring a safe working environment.
