Main Purpose of the Job

We are offering a Stores Learnership opportunity for motivated and ambitious individuals who are eager to gain practical experience and theoretical knowledge in warehouse and inventory management. This learnership combines structured learning with on-the-job training, providing you with a recognized qualification upon successful completion.

Education, experience and competencies

• Grade 12/Matric certificate with Mathematics and English.
• Tertiary qualification in Stock controller/inventory management or supply chain management
• Computer literacy (Syspro is an advantage).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock.
• Support inventory management by ensuring accurate stock counts and proper storage.
• Participate in picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to manage inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
