Restaurant based in the Durban Northern Suburbs requires 3 x Hostess / Receptionists

Qualifications:

Hospitality & Front‑of‑House Experience

· Brings strong hostessing, waitering and reception experience in a busy restaurant environment

· Handles high guest volumes and performs well under pressure

· Welcomes guests, manages seating flow and supports smooth front‑of‑house operations

· Communicates clearly with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

· Maintains a professional, friendly and attentive approach during peak service times

· Able to handle loads of pressure

Duties:

· Reservations & Guest Experience

· Handles bookings for four shops and restaurants on the Dineplan system

· Get to knows clients personally and remembers their profiles and preferences

· Ensures all client needs are met and that every booking is captured accurately and professionally
