Bosman Adama (Pty) Ltd., based in Wellington, is looking for a Wine Club & Direct-to-Consumer Coordinator to take ownership of and grow the winery’s direct sales channels. This includes managing the wine club, online store, and customer database.
The ideal candidate is highly organised and detail-oriented, with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. They should be able to take initiative, work independently, and bring energy and care to everything they do.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Wine Club Management: Manage memberships, updates, and queries while keeping CRM data accurate and up to date; Coordinate shipments, allocations, and member communications efficiently; Support growth, retention, and exclusive offers or events *DTC Sales: Oversee online store, ensuring accurate product info, pricing, and availability; Process orders, payments, and customer queries smoothly; Support campaigns to drive sales and engagement *Customer Management; Maintain accurate customer database and records; Deliver timely, professional support across channels; Build relationships and identify upsell opportunities *Marketing Support: Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and communications; Support promotions, seasonal offers, and new releases; Update marketing materials and support digital growth *Logistics & Admin: Coordinate order packing, shipping, and fulfilment; Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams; Track sales performance and maintain KPI reporting *Events & Engagement: Assist with planning Wine Club events and tastings; Ensure members receive priority invites and updates; Support events that strengthen engagement *All other tasks related to this role.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Wine Studies, or related field will be advantageous;
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in direct-to-consumer sales, wine club management, customer service, or e-commerce (preferably within the wine or hospitality industry);
• Experience working with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and customer databases, specifically Commerce7, will be an advantage;
• Own reliable transport and willing to travel to different areas within South Africa.
