• Inventory Forecast system: System optimization creating an effective tool which integrates several core elements to move from a reactive stock management to a proactive stock management strategy.
• Excel Mastery: Build advanced models, automate reporting, and create dashboards that give real-time clarity on inventory performance.
• Mathematical Insight: Apply forecasting, demand planning, and optimization techniques to balance supply and demand.
• Supplier Strategy: Negotiate, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships to secure the best terms and reliability.
• Warehouse Coordination: Partner with warehouse operations teams to streamline receiving, storing, and dispatching processes.
• Cost Control: Reduce holding costs, manage slow-moving stock, and maximize profitability.
