They are currently looking for a Manual Tester to join their team in a hybrid capacity across Pretoria, Johannesburg, or Cape Town.

Requirements:

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification and/or Agile Tester Extension certification.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile testing within cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of overall software testing experience.
• Strong understanding of test levels including functional, integration, and system testing.
• Solid experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in test design techniques including boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with backend testing, particularly REST or SOAP APIs.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and database testing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in team environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of testing activities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium, Java, and JUnit (or similar frameworks).
