Rol-oorsig
Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees vir die gladde verloop van administratiewe prosesse wat die produksie-omgewing ondersteun. Jy sal 'n sleutelrol speel in debiteure-beheer en verseker dat kommunikasie tussen spanne effektief verloop.
Sleutelverantwoordelikhede
- Debiteure-bestuur: Akkurate hantering van fakturering, invorderings en rekonsiliasies.
- Produksie-administrasie: Koördinering van data en dokumentasie om produksievloei te ondersteun.
- Kommunikasie: Effektiewe skakeling met kliënte en interne spanne (telefonies en digitaal).
- Data-bestuur: Gebruik van gevorderde Excel-funksies om verslae en opnames by te hou.
- Virtuele Samewerking: Aktiewe gebruik van Microsoft Teams vir spankoördinering.
Vereistes & Vaardighede
- Ondervinding: Ten minste 5 jaar relevante ondervinding in 'n administratiewe of produksie-omgewing.
- Tegniese Vaardigheid: Uitstekende bemeestering van Microsoft Excel en Microsoft Teams (Noodsaaklik).
- Debiteure: Bewese rekord van sterk debiteure-vaardighede en finansiële akkuraatheid.
- Taalvaardigheid: Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels (beide spreek- en skryftaal).
- Persoonlikheid:
* Uitstekende telefoonetiket en kommunikasievermoë. - 'n Aangename, positiewe en samewerkende houding.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless flow of administrative processes supporting the production department. You will play a key role in debtors' control and ensure effective communication across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Debtors Management: Accurate handling of invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Production Administration: Coordinating data and documentation to maintain production flow.
- Communication: Effective liaison with clients and internal teams (telephonic and digital).
- Data Management: Utilizing advanced Excel functions to maintain reports and records.
- Virtual Collaboration: Active use of Microsoft Teams for team coordination and meetings.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an administrative or production environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams (Essential).
- Financial Skills: Proven track record in strong debtors’ management and financial accuracy.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Afrikaans (Both spoken and written).
- Personal Attributes:
