Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in one of the following fields:
o Sport Management
o Outdoor Recreation
o Education
o Environmental Education
o Leadership Development or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in camp facilitation, outdoor education, sport
programmes, or youth development programmes.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and large groups.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership ability and confidence managing large teams and groups
- Ability to work eô¯ectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and
organised under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
