Our client, an innovative healthtech company transforming patient referrals and clinical collaboration, is focused on connecting healthcare professionals and improving access to quality care through secure digital solutions, they are currently looking for a Product Manager to join their growing team.

Core Focus: Business Analysis, Systems Design, & Data Governance

Requirements:

·        Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Health systems, technology systems Engineering, or a highly analytical Business Science degree.

·        Professional Background: 5+ years of experience spanning Healthcare, Business Analysis and Product Management.

·        Sector Expertise: Proven track record in Healthcare Data, FinTech, or Logistics - environments where data precision is mission-critical

·        Systems Modeling: Proficiency in Business Process Model and Documentation

·        Preferred: Data Privacy Expertise: Formal certification or deep working knowledge of data privacy landscapes in Africa (e.g., South Africa's POPIA).

·        Full-Stack Documentation: Ability to produce high-quality, User Stories, Data Flow Diagrams, and Traceability Matrices.

·        Sprint Management: Ability to manage and be involved with agile sprints with full stack engineers and drive outputs on time and within budget
