Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage store/branch teams to achieve sales and performance targets
Ensure excellent customer service and a strong in-store experience
Oversee daily operations, stock control, and visual merchandising standards
Recruit, train, and develop team members and supervisors
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management (store or multi-store level)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
