We are seeking a mature, experienced Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and legal support to our team. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to attorneys.
Perform accurate and efficient legal typing, including contracts, pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and other legal documentation.
Conduct basic legal research and assist in preparing case summaries or reports when required.
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates and consultations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
Liaise professionally with clients, counsel, and court officials.
Prepare and format documentation during proceedings or client consultations—must be comfortable typing in front of others and working under observation.
Assist with general office duties, filing, and document management.

Candidate Requirements
Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar role within a law firm or corporate legal department.
Strong legal typing skills (accuracy, speed, and formatting).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal document management systems.
Familiarity with legal terminology, processes, and documentation.
High level of professionalism, thick-skinned, and able to remain composed under pressure.
Strong personality with the confidence to engage with senior attorneys and clients.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Mature outlook and professional demeanor.
