Must have an IT/Computer Science Qualification. Responsible for managing entire technology environment, infrastructure, cybersecurity, user support, and all ERP systems used across the company, Hardware & Software Maintenance, ERP configurations, network infrastructure and WAN connectivity. Manage IT projects, IT support and helpdesk functions, IT Security & Compliance, IT Operations Management, SLAs, KPIs, Management of IT Service Providers, Prepare ERP systems for all stock takes, including system freezes and validation checks.
