We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Worker to join our team in Letsitele. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping with various tasks on our farm, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and caring for crops
- Harvesting fruits, vegetables, and other crops
- Assisting with irrigation systems
- Operating farm equipment such as tractors and hand tools
- Maintaining farm buildings, fences, and equipment
- Cleaning and organizing work areas
- Following all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working on a farm or in a related field
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of farm equipment and tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
