Remote Appointment Setter (MedSpa Leads) – Part-Time (3–4 Hours Daily, Growth Opportunity)
We are hiring a high-performance virtual assistant to handle inbound leads for medspa, aesthetic, and cosmetic clinics.
These are NOT cold calls. Every lead has already inquired about a service. Your job is to call, build trust, and get them booked with a paid deposit.
What You’ll Do:
- Call inbound leads quickly after they inquire
- Build rapport and guide them to book an appointment
- Get clients to commit and pay a deposit on the call
- Follow up with leads who didn’t book initially
Schedule:
- 3–4 hours per day to start
- Hours will increase as we scale
- Consistent attendance is REQUIRED

Compensation:
- $5/hour base pay
- $5 for every client you get to sign up and pay a deposit on the call
Performance Bonuses:
- Close 5+ clients in a day → +$10 bonus
- Close 10+ clients in a day → +$25 bonus
Example:
4 hours worked + 8 bookings =
$20 base + $40 commission + $10 bonus = $70 total
There is no cap on earnings. High performers will make significantly more.

- Ability to build trust quickly on the phone
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding decisions
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
