Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on farm equipment like tractors(New Holland, John Deere), combine harvesters(New Holland), trucks(Mercedes Benz) and construction equipment(Cat, Bell and John Deere), as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with equipment, such as engine overheating, loss of power, and unusual noises
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and identify any potential problems
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding the status of repairs and recommended maintenance. 

Requirements:

- Qualified Diesel Mechanic
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a diesel mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record                                                    - No criminal record
