⭐ Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic CRM team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement customised Salesforce solutions to support and optimise business operations across the Lesaka Merchant Division.

You will work on high‑impact projects that enable automation, unlock efficiencies, strengthen data quality, and enhance merchant and sales team enablement.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related tools
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and 3rd‑party applications
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct code reviews, testing, documentation, and deployments
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and full compliance in all development work
• Optimise Salesforce performance and proactively identify enhancements
• Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and release notes

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I)
• 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript
• Experience working within an agile or collaborative development environment
