Kern doel van die pos:

Bemarking en uitvoer van die maatskappy se dienste en beeld in die lewendehawe bedryf met die doel om markaandeel te handhaaf, verhoog, nuwe besigheid te ontgin en winsgewend te opereer.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12 met Landbou graad of diploma as aanbeveling;
• 3 jaar vorige ondervinding in Lewendehawe Bemarkers omgewing;
• Geldige rybewys.

Vaardighede:

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
• Goeie administratiewe vaardighede;
• Goeie bemarkings en onderhandelingsvaardighede;
• Goeie verkoopsvaardighede.

Verantwoordelikhede:

• Omset behaal/ winsgewendheid;
• Klienteverhouding bou met koper en met verkoper;
• Maatskappybetrokkenheid in die gemeenskap;
• Toepassing van krediet beleid/administrasie;
• Doeltreffendeen volhoubareveilingsproses;
• Toesig oor personeel.

Main purpose of the position:

Marketing end execution of company services and image with the purpose of maintaining and increasing market share, generating new business and operating in a profitable manner.

Minimum Requirements:             

• Grade 12 with Agricultural Diploma or degree an advantage;
• 3 years previous experience in a livestock and marketing environment;
• Valid drivers license.

Skills:

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Good working knowledge of livestock;
• Computer literate (MS Office);
• Good administrative skills;
• Good negotiation and marketing skills;
• Good sales skills.
