Position Overview
A leading agri-business in the food industry requires a dynamic administrative professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations within the retail and distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
·Assist with stock control, inventory management, and order processing
·Support internal reporting and monitoring of sales, stock levels, and operational KPIs
·Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational efficiency
·Coordinate and collaborate with team members to achieve overall business objectives
·Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
·Contribute to operational excellence by ensuring processes and systems run efficiently
·Assist with ad hoc projects and operational tasks as required
Required Skills
- Admin: 2 to 3 years
- Organisation Skills
- Computer Skills (Windows): 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Desired Experience & Qualifications
·3-year Degree or Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field (advantageous)
·Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in FMCG or retail support environment
·Basic computer literacy – MS Outlook, Word, Excel
·Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
·Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
