ASSISTANT QUALITY OFFICER: INVENTORY AND STORES

SALARY: R415 782 PER ANNUM ● REF NO: FIN 18/26 ● NDABENI, CAPE TOWN

Requirements:   

• A relevant three-year tertiary qualification in Quality Management (degree or advanced diploma) 
• Two (2) years’ relevant experience required 
• Computer literacy in MS Office and SAP 
• Experience within the inventory and stores quality assurance environment will be advantageous. 

Key performance areas:  

• Supervise specific applications/processes e.g. using SAP system associated with controlling the receiving, storage and issue of stock items
• Plan, schedule and maintain records of activities
• Manage projects within area of control assigned by superiors
• Ensure the availability of quality data for the Department and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance to the relevant statutory and legislative requirements 
• Provide an ongoing quality assurance function.
