Ligpos Arbeidsagentskap werf tans 'n hoë-vlak Algemene Bestuurder vir 'n gevestigde industriële vervaardiger in Pretoria. Hierdie rol is kritiek vir die strategiese en tegniese sukses van die organisasie en rapporteer direk aan die Direksie.

Wie ons soek:

Ons soek nie net 'n administrateur nie, maar 'n besigheidsleier met 'n tegniese hart. Jy moet die taal van tegniese bestuurders en ingenieurs kan praat, terwyl jy terselfdertyd die balansstaat met presisie bestuur.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede (KPAs):

Besigheidsgroei & Winsgewendheid: Uitvoering van strategieë om inkomste-teikens te bereik en markteenwoordigheid uit te brei.
Operasionele Doeltreffendheid: Toesig oor dag-tot-dag produksie, verkope en logistiek met 'n fokus op kostebesparing en produktiwiteit.
Tegniese Leierskap: Optree as mentor en meerdere vir tegniese en departementele bestuurders; toesig oor gehaltebeheer en produksiestandaarde.
Finansiële Bestuur & Nakoming: Goedkeuring van begrotings, streng kostebeheer en versekering van statutêre voldoening.
Gesondheid, Veiligheid & Gehalte: Handhawing van 'n streng "safety-first" kultuur binne die produksie-omgewing.

Vereistes:

Akademies: 'n Graad in Besigheidsbestuur, Administrasie of 'n relevante Ingenieurswese/Tegniese rigting (Noodsaaklik). 'n MBA sal as 'n sterk aanbeveling dien.
Ondervinding: 8–10 jaar senior bestuurservaring, verkieslik binne die vervaardigings- of industriële sektor.
Tegniese Vaardighede: Bewese vermoë om komplekse tegniese spanne en prosesse te bestuur.
Finansiële Akkurateheid: Sterk finansiële insig (acumen) en administratiewe dissipline.
Persoonlikheid: 'n Sterk, gesaghebbende persoonlikheid met uitstekende onderhandelingsvermoë en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are not looking for a mere administrator, but a business leader with a technical heart. You must be able to speak the language of technical managers and engineers while simultaneously managing the balance sheet with precision.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

Business Growth & Profitability: Execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day production, sales, and logistics with a focus on cost-saving and productivity.
Technical Leadership: Act as a mentor and superior to technical and departmental managers; oversee quality control and production standards.
Financial Management & Compliance: Approve budgets, maintain strict cost control, and ensure statutory compliance.
Health, Safety & Quality: Maintain a strict "safety-first" culture within the production environment.

Requirements:

Academic: A Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a relevant Engineering/Technical field (Essential). An MBA will serve as a strong recommendation.
Experience: 8–10 years of senior management experience, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Technical Skills: Proven ability to manage complex technical teams and processes.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial insight and administrative discipline.
Personality: A strong, authoritative personality with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
