Our client in the healthcare sector is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager who is ready to evolve into a senior leadership role.

This isn't your standard ‘desk-only’ finance job. While you’ll be the architect of Power BI dashboards and weekly cashflow forecasts, you’ll also be a critical responder in urgent moments - facilitating emergency flight bookings and hospitalizations when every second counts.

From managing the full client financial cycle to leading a dedicated finance team, you’ll ensure that sound financial decisions directly support a life-changing mission.

Requirements

·        Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.

·        Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance, ideally in healthcare or service-based industries

·        Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

·        Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data models, etc.)

·        Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities

·        Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

·        Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
