A short- term insurance company is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to lead the organisation’s internal audit function. This senior leadership role provides

independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes across the Group.

Requirements:

·        . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

·        Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CA(SA), or equivalent (required).

·        Minimum 8–10 years progressive experience in internal or external auditing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

·        Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, governance structures, and internal control systems.

·        Proficiency in audit management systems, data analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-driven audit technology.

·        Experience in the short-term insurance or financial services sector is highly advantageous.
