🎯 Minimum Requirements
🎓 Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
🧠 Experience

• 2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory or junior management F&B role
• Experience in hospitality environments such as lodges, hotels, or resorts
• Exposure to multiple outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets) is advantageous
🛠️ Technical Skills

• Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hygiene regulations
• Basic financial and cost control understanding
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple outlets efficiently
